Third-party notices

INFUSION is distributed as a binary. This file reproduces, verbatim, the attribution and licence notices the application itself carries on its About screen, so the same notices travel with the download, the website's notices page and the public distribution repository.

It is generated from the application's own sources and must not be hand-edited:

• app-tv/src/main/kotlin/dev/infusion/tv/ui/screens/AboutLicenceNotices.kt — the full licence texts.
• app-tv/src/main/kotlin/dev/infusion/tv/ui/screens/TvSettingsAboutSection.kt — the credited components, the service attributions and the standing independence notice.

Regenerating and verifying the equality of the texts is R1's evidence requirement; the extraction script lives with the release evidence, not in this repository.

1. Software components distributed with INFUSION

Software

Every component in this table is used under the Apache License 2.0, except org.json, which is used under The JSON License. Both texts are reproduced in full in §3.

Test-only tooling (JUnit, Robolectric, Truth, MockWebServer) is a build dependency, is not distributed to the user, and is therefore not credited here.

2. Services and platforms INFUSION talks to

These obligations are attribution terms, not software licences.

Metadata and services

• TMDB — movie and TV metadata and artwork. This product uses TMDB and the TMDB APIs but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by TMDB.
• OMDb — optional community ratings, used under CC BY-NC 4.0. OMDb is not affiliated with IMDb.
• Jellyfin — browsing and playback from your own Jellyfin server. INFUSION is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Jellyfin project.
• Simkl, Trakt and MDBList — optional watch-tracking accounts you connect yourself and can disconnect at any time. INFUSION is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any of them.
• TheIntroDB and IntroDB.app — intro and segment markers for the episodes you play.
• Add-ons — the add-ons you install use the Stremio-compatible add-on protocol. Their catalogs, metadata and streams belong to their authors; INFUSION is not affiliated with Stremio or with any add-on provider.

Standing statement

INFUSION is an independent personal project. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners, and no endorsement by any project or service credited on this page is claimed or implied.

No third-party logo or brand asset is reproduced in INFUSION or in this document: the project holds no approved asset for any of these services, and an unverified mark would be a claim the project cannot make.
